Passengers will not be permitted to bring their own food or drinks.

Drinks and snacks are available on the train at very reasonable prices.

Passengers will forfeit their tickets if passengers miss the train.

The food and drinks services are all self-serve and must be ordered and collected at the bar/tuck shop situated in the middle of the train.

Only return tickets are available. Full price is payable should a passenger travel only one-way.

It is not permissible to do a return trip on a different day.

Currently, no shuttle services are available.

Parking is available adjacent to Hennie’s Restaurant (Hartenbos station) along Port Natal Road.

All smoking is strictly forbidden on the train.
